3. Access to information
3.1. Customer personal data is available only to the employees of "Business Education Plus" Ltd (SIA "Business Education Plus") whose responsibilities include servicing existing customers and attracting new ones.

3.3. "Business Education Plus" Ltd may transfer personal data of customers to third
parties only in such cases:
– if required by applicable law;
– if a completely clear request is received from the customer.

4.1. The data is stored in a database, e-mail and work computer.
4.2. Period of storage is up to 5 years. The data storage period corresponds to the purposes for which it is used to prevent repeated requests for customer data when making a repeated purchase request.
4.3. All access to the data is password-protected.

5. Customer rights and obligations
5.1. In accordance with the "Personal Data Protection Law" and other applicable regulatory requirements, the customer has the right to get acquainted with the information on the purpose for which his/her personal data is processed within
"Business Education Plus".
5.2. The customer has the right to request the correction or change of his/her personal data, as well as to request the termination of the processing of personal data.
5.3. The customer has the right to refuse to process his/her data for commercial purposes.
5.4. The customer has the right to any other rights specified in the "Personal Data Protection Law".
